Last Wednesday we were very lucky to have 3 players come to visit us as part of the Carlton Football Clubs Community Camp to Kyabram (try saying that fast 3 times!!).

Andrew,  Eddie   and Paul   talked to us about where they had grown up and their football careers.

We learnt that:

• Andrew is from Bridgewater near Bendigo
• Eddie and Paul are both  from Western Australia
• Eddie came to Melbourne with his Mum when he was 15 years old.
• Eddie is Carlton’s leading goal kicker. He has kicked 215 goals.
• Andrew was recruited from Richmond.
• The Carlton players helped out at Andrew’s family farm last year by building new fences.

We got to go outside and have a kick with the players. It was a great afternoon.
